Chad is co-owner and co-founder of Half Moon Audio. He has been working in the music industry for over 16 years, having toured across North America multiple times in various live music acts such as the electronic duo Snowday and the folktronica ensemble BisonBison. With flexible engineering and production techniques developed from his studies at Harris Institute, paired with years of experience as a producer / performer, Chad offers friendly and insightful professional services within the realm of mixing, mastering and production. While accumulating over 3 million streams to date with his ambient music under the pseudonym Sun Rain, Chad has developed a unique skill set for mastering in the niche of ambient music. He has since done recurrent mastering jobs for ambient artists from all around the world including notable acts such as Alaskan Tapes.

Dani is co-owner and co-founder of Half Moon Audio. Originally from Egypt, she began learning music at a young age while being immersed within the lively cultural crossroads of Cairo. Since migrating to Canada she has taken part in multiple music projects including the folktronica ensemble BisonBison, a collaboration with longtime friend and Half Moon Audio co-owner Chad Skinner. Between attending the Harris Institute and crafting her DIY production techniques over the past 12 years, Dani has developed a versatile skill set in the domain of sound design, audio engineering and mixing. Gearing her expertise towards film, TV and podcast productions paired with an approachable professionalism, she has built solid working relationships with notable clients such as CBC, PBS and more. Having released music with multiple labels from around the world under the pseudonym Spookyfish, Dani has also established herself as a staple in the Toronto electronic music scene, with a mass back catalog of performances and events to her name.
